We have really come to love the "i am" wines; they are so cool, and at such a great price, it's hard not to love them. This Romanian Cab Sauv checks all the boxes; it is full but fruit filled, soft and juicy, faintly spicy and well-balanced. Fermented in stainless it only sees a touch of oak to give vanilla and oak undertones that weave through the bramble fruits like blackberry and raspberry as well as blueberry and currant. Hints of pepper and eucalyptus dance through as well giving us a great depth. The tannins are smooth and soft which helps to keep the wine from becoming too much; this is an incredibly easy wine to pair with food and friends.
