Vastly different from the neighboring Sancerre, this is another version of Sauvignon Blanc we love just as much. It shows the true passion and masterful talent of Regis Minet; xxplosive minerality and citrus mix with a tension that balances acacia, chamomile, lemon zest, grapefruit, soft pear, and touches of white peach. Finessed and vibrant this wine is lively and so expressive. The Kermit Lynch store manager said this is a wine that will, “…have you racing back for more.” We couldn’t put it any better, it’s just so true.
