This is a really fun, easy going white from the Frascati DOC, an area in the municipality of Rome. A blend of native varietals Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Greco, it has a light straw color that lures you in. It is delicate, fresh, and lightly fruity with some nice floral accents. Beautifully crisp and dry with notes of apple and pear, touches of almond and crisp minerality. Plain and simple it’s just an elegant and pleasing wine. A lovely summer refresher that you’ll find yourself quickly settling into.
