Antonio Caputo, the owner of Enodelta, comes from a storied wine family in the area...they didn't want him to get into wine but it was his passion and he dove right into it, that Italian passion really shines through! The wine is aged in steel to preserve the freshness and aromatics of these two lovely, nerdy native varietals. The volcanic soils give a supportive, underlying minerality that sets off notes of honeyed grapefruits, lime, lemon, and touches of white flowers on a saline breeze.
