A dry farmed, co-fermented blend of some off the wall whites and red grapes from the Ribbon Ridge, this Whistling Ridge Blanc is a nerdy, delicious, special Oregon wine!! So, only 150 cases of this wine are made, and it spends time in neutral French oak and Acacia foudre, giving a structured, rounded richness that is so delightful! All the grapes bring so much to the table, and the windy location at the top of the hill gives extra character. Riesling and Gewurtztraminer bring insane floral aromatics and tropical hints, the Pinot Blanc gives a mineral verve, and the Pinot Noir layers hints of red fruit and earthy expressions that dance with the softly oaked spice and Acacia nutty hints.
