We were lucky enough to scoop up several of the Donkey & Goat wines, "The Bear" is one of the last remaining. They describe this as “a complex and pretty wine fit for a forest dweller!” we translate that to mean fun, fresh, and rugged. The nose hints at black plum, damp forest floor, and apple blossom, leading us into notes of zippy orange zest, ripe blackberry, and hints of clove and black tea on the palate.
