This winery has almost an entire valley, given to them back when the railroads traded land in exchange for the right to connect their lines in the middle of it all. Everything they do is sustainable, passionate about taking care of the land and the folks that work it. The wine shines with black currant and dark berries accented by sweet tobacco, soft spices, and structured depth with finessed tannins.
