This sustainably produced, though not certified, family run operation produces some stunning wines. The Merlot is aromatically balanced with dark fruit, cherry, tobacco leaf, and graham cracker. The complex nose is supported by a rich fresh berry profile, underlined by soft tannins and spicy vanilla notes. Currants and custard extend on a lengthy finish lifted up by the oak regime.
80% Merlot, 11% Petit Verdot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. Barrel Aged in French Oak for 20 months.
