Sharing the same climate as Champagne, with similar soils, made from the same grapes, and in the Méthode Champenoise you can’t get any closer to classic Champagne without staying in the region! With zero dosage, no added sugars during the secondary fermentation to create the bubbles, this wine is a bone-dry stunner. Delicate and persistent, we get a bright minerality and citrus inflections followed by hints of green apple, lemon, and grapefruit. The finish is flavorful, long, and structured…oh, SO delightful.
