Another stunner from Ermacora, a winery that Colleen fell in love with in Friuli and imported directly to us. This sauvignon is hand harvested and fermented on lees to add complexity. Aromas of sage, rue, and elderflower are accompanied by grapefruit and pepper. The classic grapefruit and zippy acidity is present as well, and time on lees adds a stout, mellow body. You’ll find great structure and balance, and a pleasant, crisp, clean finish in the glass.
