97 Points. Co-fermented with 5% Viognier and aged in twice-used French oak, it offers a ripe, voluptuous style with ground pepper, smoked meats, peat, and sweet dark fruits. These give way to a full-bodied Syrah that has solid concentration and good tannins. The Viognier here give the wine some early charm, but it will definitely evolve gracefully as well.
