A blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Chasselas, this bottle of bubbles is so fun! It sees neutral oak and lees contact, so it’s fresh and bright but layered, almost creamy. Crisp acidity brings us cantaloupe, strawberry, raspberry, lemon zest, and wet stone. And true to Eyrie form, everything is biodynamic!
